The conference was attended by university professors, researchers, government officials and private sector organizations in the field of tourism.
The main topics of the conference were sustainable development and tourism, cultural tourism, art and tourism, education and tourism, economy and tourism. The two-day conference, held on March 9th and 10th, included various panels as follows Creative Tourism, Creative Economy, Creative City, and Cultural and Artistic Tourism. This event was the result of the cooperation of the university departments (The University of Kurdistan)
Department of Business Management, Kurdistan Studies Institute, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, as well as the cooperation of the public sector and organizations related to development and tourism, as well as private companies and institutions active in tourism. Also, a significant number of university professors, researchers and scholars in this field participated nationally and internationally.
Also, this conference was held in cooperation with the planning team of the Secretariat of the Creative City of Sanandaj.
