Five piece gypsy-fusion outfit Golonka was hand-picked by Japan’s Hamamatsu World Music Festival to represent Adelaide as a UNESCO City of Music. Making beautiful music with a wild gypsy heart, Golonka breathes fresh life into the folk music of Eastern Europe. From 3 to 6 November 2016, Hamamatsu hosted Golonka alongside musicians from 11 other UNESCO Cities of Music including Bologna, Brazzaville, Ghent, Hannover, Idanha-a-Nova, Katowice, Kingston, Liverpool, Mannheim, Salvador, Seville, and Tongyeong.
